The Fau Pumpkin Protocol

Whether you’re looking for a results-driven, versatile treatment, or something to spice up your monthly offerings, Fau’s Pumpkin Protocol fits the bill. We brought in the line because--quite simply--we liked the products in the treatment room (nothing to do with Fall!) (And no, the products don’t smell like pumpkin spice). So don't just go reaching for these products this season, but harness their power year-round.

Why It Works

Natural pumpkin enzymes AHA/BHA brightens dull skin

Papain Enzyme perfect for dry, congested, or post-summer stressed skin

EGF, 17 Amino Acid Complex rehydrates and nourishes

Ways to Customize

As always, the protocols we share are simply suggestions--a place to start. Here are some of the ways we tailor the this treatment in our own spa:

1.) Add dermaplaning before the peel. ALTHOUGH, we suggest diluting the pumpkin peel or skipping that step if also dermaplaning.

2.) "Cut" or dilute the pumpkin peel for more sensitive skin or first-timers. The peel contains 38% pumpkin extract, 22% of BHA/AHA--it can be a bit spicy. Mix 1:1 with the Pumpkin Peel Care Cream for lighter exfoliation.

3.) Skip the modeling mask if short on time, or if another sheet mask would be a better fit. I'll admit it, I rarely use modeling masks. I prefer sheet masks with LED or incorporating the derma healer with a mask. For example, skin that get a bit pink and /or sensitive, I'll apply a Hydrogel mask instead; or for dehydrated winter skin, the PDRN mask.

4.) Add LED, of course! Either with or without the Returning Core Mask.

Regardless of the season, the expansive line of Fau pumpkin products are made for estheticians to deliver professional results.
