What is the return policy?
Our goal is for you to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please contact us within 7 days of shipment to request a return. Customer covers the cost of the return shipment.
Equipment is non-returnable. "Goodbye Sale" products are final sale.
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
All of our pricing is wholesale, as we only sell to licensed skincare professionals. All homecare products are priced for you to retail to your clients.
When will I get my order?
We know you need your products! So we ship pretty quickly for a small business--often 1-2 business days, via USPS or UPS. Once the package leaves us, however, we aren't able to control the speed with which it travels to you.
You will receive a tracking number as your package ships so you can track its location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, and often! For specific product lines, though, we are unable to ship to certain countries given other distributors for that region. Reach out to us if you're in doubt and we'll confirm.
I'm not an esthetician, how do I purchase products?
We offer our products intended for homecare on our spa website linked below. Products intended for professional use during treatments aren't available for purchase.
