How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Standard shipping: 3-7 business days

Express shipping: 1-3 business days

We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days, barring any unexpected occurrences. Once the package leaves us, though, it's in the hands of the carrier. You will receive a tracking link upon fulfillment, which can be used to follow your shipment.

Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but it may depend on the stage of the shipping process and the policies of our shipping carriers.

What's you return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your products. In the event you're not, however, please contact us within 7 days to request a return/refund.

Except for certain circumstances, you will be responsible for return label shipping costs.

Devices and equipment have a 20% restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! During checkout, you'll have the option to choose a shipping option and whether or not you'd like to pay for duties/taxes at checkout, or when you receive the package.

The duties calculations are made by Zonos, a worldwide shipping firm, and are guaranteed.

I'm just opening a studio, where should I start as far as products?

It's hard to give an umbrella answer, but some considerations to make are: what type of clients do you expect to see? Age, gender, etc.

What type of skincare services do you anticipate offering?

Are there any holes in product offerings you currently have? Peels, retail, etc?

This will help us make better recommendations, and help scale down all the items you may "think" you need =)

Is your Reset Needling Device FDA Approved?

It is a Class 1 registered device.

We've learned the FDA approval process is lengthy and even more expensive.

Do you manufacture your products?

All the products 'byDCA' we have made by various partner suppliers.

For all the other products, we work closely with the Korean companies to introduce, educate for, and distribute their products to the US and globally.

Do you every have sales?

Sometimes! But we try to be strategic with them. We also are a small business, incurring rising shipping and material costs.

BUT, we try to give as many breaks as we can: we offer subscription savings, free shipping over $150, and bundle discounts. Make sure to follow us and subscribe to our email list for all the news.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

All of our products are for skincare professionals. Therefore, we don't offer our pricing to clients or the everyday shopper.

All of our homecare/retail products are chosen and priced with the idea you will be re-selling them (as we do in our own spa).
